Urban Digital Twins (UDTs) are taking planning from static PDFs to live, test-and-learn environments. With concrete examples, show how whole-city twins simulate plans before they’re built—compressing today’s slow approvals, de-risking choices, and aligning developers, utilities, and citizens. We’ll spotlight Oslo’s Hovinbyen, where they have built a model used to live-simulate scenarios across mobility, density, energy, and climate—turning masterplans into evidence-based decisions that save time and money.
