Oslo Proptech Summit is Norway’s premier event for innovation and technology in real estate. Held annually during Oslo Innovation Week, the summit brings together industry leaders to explore how technology is shaping smarter, more sustainable, and more profitable urban environments. From cutting-edge AI applications to futureproof building strategies, the summit is a hub for inspiration, insight, and collaboration, all set in Construction City, Norway’s new center for real estate innovation.

The summit gathers over 1,000 participants from across the Nordics and beyond. The attendee mix reflects the collaborative nature of the industry’s transformation: approximately 40% tech companies, 40% real estate developers, and 20% investors. You’ll meet Proptech entrepreneurs, real estate executives, venture capitalists, urban planners, and policymakers, all ready to exchange ideas, discover new solutions, and drive the future of the built environment.

The summit takes place at Construction City, a collaborative community of companies, innovators, and industry experts who together are shaping the future of construction, infrastructure, and real estate. It is a place where innovation, collaboration, and sustainability meet under one roof. The site covers 103,000 square meters and hosts up to 4,000 work- and study spaces, featuring shared facilities, meeting rooms, studios, and a vibrant community that fosters cross-disciplinary learning and networking.

There are several ways you can travel to the venue depending on where you start from. Here are some alternatives with a starting point from the city center.

• Get on the metro from Jernbanetorget, which is the main subway station in Oslo. Take metro line 5 towards Vestli and exit at Økern station. From here there's an 8 minute walk to Standardveien 1.
• From Jernbanetorget get on bus number 60 (platform D) towards Tonsenhagen. Exit the bus at Økern T. From here there's a 7 minute walk to Standardveien 1.
• From Storo or Nydalen get on bus number 23/24 and exit at Ulven Torg. From here there's a 6 minute walk to Standardveien 1.
• Get a taxi from the central station or any other taxi depot, or use ride hailing apps such as Bolt or Uber.

Download the Ruter app on your phone to use public transportation. Remember to activate your ticket before boarding. Tickets are valid on all Oslo metro, bus, tram, and ferry routes.

Plan your journey: Enter your starting point and destination (e.g., “Scandic St. Olavs Plass” → Standardveien 1, 0614 Oslo Construction City. The app shows T-bane/bus combinations and walking directions.

The Summit takes place just outside Oslo city center at Construction City, while the afterparty is at Mesh Youngstorget in the city center. For convenience, we recommend booking accommodation in the city center if you plan to attend the afterparty.
