Terje Gulbrandsen

Terje Gulbrandsen is the Eiendomssjef (Property Manager) at OBOS, with direct responsibility for Construction City and Standardveien 28. Previously serving as Client Director at Bloom Oslo, he brings experience in managing development projects and strategic real estate clients. Under his leadership, Construction City is reaching 90 % occupancy—over 50 companies are preparing to move in, in a building spanning over 103,000 m². He previously consulted on the conceptual development of Construction City for several years before taking on the full property leadership role.
