Urban Partners has from the beginning (when known only as NREP) aimed to invest in property that can create real, sustainable change in cities and the built environment. As Sustainability Business Lead, Rasmus collaborates with major Nordic financial institutions that consider buildings' operational and embodied emissions to reflect good performance in financial instrument pricing and incentives. He was also personally involved in establishing Denmark's pioneering regulation on embodied emissions limits for new construction. He will speak about how investors in the room can use the technologies being discussed to create cutting-edge, competitive investment opportunities.
