OBOS is the largest residential developer in Norway and a standard-bearer of the Nordic welfare ideal in housing. Unaware to many, however, the giant developer has developed a test-and-apply approach to proptech in their entire value chain - with special attention to tenant-centered services. Exemplified especially by Living Lab - a housing project with tenants of all sorts, living with and trying out new technology in everyday life. Ingunn oversees all of OBOS' activities in urban areas and will share with us how OBOS thinks about innovation and sees the adoption of technological advances as a duty to its tenants - and to society at large.
