Top of the Props heaps recognition on the companies and people who most substantially moved Norwegian real estate innovation in the past year. Finalists pitch live in front of a jury of industry stalwarts. The award ceremony takes place at Oslo Proptech Summit's official afterparty - Oslo Innovation Fest.
The Startup and Scaleup categories are settled by the jury after live pitching by the 10 finalists. The final two categories are selected by a special Proptech Norway committee.
Besides immaculate glory, winners get a free Premium Membership in Proptech Norway; an Exhibition partnership at the following year's Oslo Proptech Summit; and one-to-ones with jury members. All finalists are invited to the VIP reception with the jury and summit partners before the award ceremony.
How it runs
Put forward a company you rate highly, including your own. Nominations open until the short list is announced.
The Top of the Props Editorial Board narrows the field down to five finalists in each of the Startup and Scaleup categories. Nominees have a footprint in Norway.

Startup and Scaleup of the Year are settled by the jury's ranking. The remaining two categories are awarded by a separate Proptech Norway committee.
The award ceremony opens the official Oslo Innovation Week afterparty, Oslo Innovation Fest, at Pakkhuset.
